BROWN COUNTY BIKES HIGHLIGHTED IN GOOGLE’S ANNUAL ECONOMIC IMPACT REPORT FOR INDIANA
Nashville, IN -- Today, Brown County Bikes announced that it was highlighted in Google’s fifteenth annual Economic Impact Report - a report that showcases how businesses, nonprofits, publishers, creators and developers across the United States are using Google’s digital tools to connect with the people and communities they serve. This year, businesses generated $5.41 Billion in economic activity in Indiana. By using Google products, businesses increased their online presence and were able to continue connecting with customers in 2023.
After using Google’s tools and services [BUSINESS] saw significant results:
- Another 30 percent of customers discover Brown County Bikes through their Google Business Profile, which went live when the store opened.
- In February 2024, the store’s Business Profile was viewed over 1,000 times, with 200 users clicking through to the site
- Brown County Bikes’ revenue has grown about 20 percent annually over the last three years.

Brown County Bikes is among the many American businesses that leveraged digital tools in 2023 to connect with customers. According to a new poll by The RXN Group and the Connected Commerce Council, 89% of U.S. SMB leaders use digital tools to find new customers, and 88% use them to retain existing ones. Additionally, many SMBs already use AI to save time and money and identify growth opportunities. 82% of SMB leaders who use AI tools in their business say they’ve already seen positive outcomes."
