Rental And Liability Waiver Information
Rental Information And Explanation
A rental day is based on shop operating hours. Regular hours are 10am–6pm Monday through Saturday and 10am–5pm on Sunday. Winter hours may vary, so please check in advance. Rentals can be picked up at opening time and must be returned at least thirty minutes before closing to avoid late fees. Late returns or returns after closing may result in an additional full day rental charge. Early pickup the night before or late return the next morning may be available for an extra fee. Please confirm availability with the shop.If your bike transportation is not suitable, additional charges may apply for proper transport solutions. Bike racks and tailgate pads are available for rent at an additional cost.
Rider Requirements And Safety
All riders must sign a liability waiver before using rental equipment. Riders under eighteen must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf. Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended for safety. Approved helmets are available and offered during the rental process.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
Failure to show up for a reservation will result in full charge with no refund. Cancellations within thirty days of the reservation date are non-refundable.
Reservations made within five days of pickup require full payment and cannot be refunded. Bookings made more than thirty days in advance require a partial deposit to confirm. Cancellations made earlier than thirty days may be eligible for a full refund. If canceled within thirty days, the reservation may be transferred and used within three hundred sixty-five days.
Payment And Equipment Responsibility
A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card when picking up equipment, equal to the bike’s retail value. This hold will be removed once the bike is returned in the same condition. Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment. Repair, replacement, or cleaning costs will be charged accordingly. Equipment must be returned in proper condition. All rentals are accepted as-is. Customers confirm that the equipment has been inspected and is in proper working condition before use.
Release Of Liability
Cycling involves risks including rough terrain, obstacles, weather conditions, and possible accidents. Riders accept full responsibility for participating in this activity. There is a risk of injury or death due to environmental conditions, collisions, or equipment failure. Participation is voluntary, and all risks are acknowledged and accepted.
Liability Agreement
The shop is not responsible for any damage caused by equipment defects or external factors. By renting equipment, you agree to release the business and its staff from any liability related to injuries or damages. You agree to take full responsibility for your safety and actions while using the equipment. Any losses, damages, or legal costs caused during use may be your responsibility.
