Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we will replace it or issue a refund. Please read the Returns section below for more information.
Shipping Options
Shipping is available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed.
Due to dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day.
Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations, and some products may require additional assembly time.
We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
- If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm availability before coming to the store.
- Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders must be picked up within 30 days.
- A 10% restocking fee may be charged on orders not picked up within 30 days.
Information Security
We protect your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you provide and helps prevent outside parties from viewing your transaction details.
When account information is displayed on your screen, only the last digits of your credit card number are shown. You may also choose whether or not to save your credit card information in your online account.
We may use third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders and delivering packages. These providers are given access only to the personal information needed to perform their duties and may not use it for other purposes.
Returns
If there is a problem with a product purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of purchase for items returned in new condition or for items that are defective.
Merchandise returned in used condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or does not meet your expectations.
- Ship returns using Ground UPS or insured U.S. Mail.
- We do not accept COD returns.
- We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise.
- Merchandise returned in used condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Labor fees, including custom wheel builds and other service work, are non-refundable.
Prices and Information
Our website is intended to provide helpful and accurate information. We make every effort to maintain current pricing and product details in our online catalog.
However, inventory and pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if there is an error or discrepancy in pricing or stock status, regardless of the source of the mistake.
