With a sound specification of 59 decibels at 20 mph, the direct drive H3 and H3 Plus smart indoor bike trainers are five times quieter than previous generations, making them the quietest smart trainer to ever leave our doors.

The newest update? This latest model is engineered for seamless compatibility with 12-speed drivetrains, allowing even more cyclists to enjoy the ride. 

The precision-crafted components measure power, speed, and cadence, while the precision-balanced flywheel handles 2000 watts and stimulates a 20% climbing grade.

Gearing up for some heavy training? No problem. When things get intense, the H3 Plus steps in with an internal cooling system that keeps the electromagnetic system working – and accurate – long after your legs have given out.
