I’m trying to order something online and it says out of stock. Can I still order it?

 

If something is out of stock and we are getting the product back in we will update the website with an inventory count once we receive the item.

You can contact us to see if we will be restocking the item.

 

What is your return policy?

 

On most retail items in the shop or online you can return an item that is kept in the same condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

After 30 days your item can be returned for in store or online credit that expires in 365 days of the return.

Bikes and other specialty high end items follow a different return policy. In most cases bicycles cannot be returned or refunded.

 

How long will it take to get my bike serviced?

 

Due to the bike and bike part shortage due to the pandemic many repairs are taking much longer than normal, weeks even months for bike repair has become the new normal. Although, if your bike parts are readily available it could take only a few days. It’s best to come in or call and let us know what you’re wanting done.

 

Do you do rentals by the hour or half day rentals?

 

We only offer full day rentals at this time due to the bikes needing to be cleaned and checked over before going out again.
